Del-One Federal Credit Union held a Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting event at the new Lewes branch on Friday, December 6th, 2024. The new branch is located at 24157 Zinfandel Lane at the Vineyards near Five Points. Many individuals from local businesses and chambers of commerce, along with Board members and teammates from Del-One gathered to celebrate the occasion. Del-One Board Chair Steve Smith stated, “we are proud to be a part of the Lewes community, where so many of our members live and work. Having a branch in this area has been on our wish list for years, and we finally found the right place at the right time”. Del-One FCU now has 12 branches throughout the state of Delaware, providing 90% of Delawareans a branch within 15 minutes of where they live. This convenience combined with the full suite of digital products offered, gives members the opportunity to take advantage of all Del-One has to offer in an environment that works for them. President and CEO Dan McCarthy stated, “Del-One’s mission is to be the easiest place for our members to do business. Adding this location in Eastern Sussex County is another step toward that ultimate mission.
