The Delaware Foster Care Transitional Resource Center works with young adults as they make the transition from foster care to a self-supporting and productive adulthood. This organization works with program participants to “bring together the people and resources needed to connect/re-connect youth to education, employment, health care, housing, business, personal and community relationships.” The Del-One Foundation is proud to support this worthy organization and was able to donate $3500 to assist with their mission.
